The Scariest Decision of My Life – My Journey from Stability to Creativity
For over a decade, I built my career in the casual gaming industry. It was a world I knew well—a stable job, a great team, and a sense of security. But deep down, something was missing. My creativity, my passion for storytelling, and my need to create had taken a backseat to deadlines, meetings, and corporate responsibilities.
Then came burnout. It forced me to stop, reflect, and question everything. Was this the life I wanted? Was this what I was meant to do? After 12 years, I made the scariest decision of my life—I walked away from stability to reclaim my creativity and purpose.
The Leap into the Unknown
I won’t lie—leaving a stable job was terrifying. I had built something meaningful, and walking away felt like tearing out a part of my identity. But the fear of never pursuing my creative dreams was greater than the fear of uncertainty.
Now, I’m embracing the unknown, dedicating myself to art, photography, and digital painting. This year is about growth, exploration, and stepping into the creative world I’ve always longed for.
